Orders
You receive an order confirmation by email when you checkout. A contract is formed when we accept your order (typically when we confirm dispatch or take payment and confirm acceptance).
We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. unavailable stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.

Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & return policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Descriptions and feeding guides are for general information. Consult your vet for medical or dietary advice.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory UK consumer protections.
