Please note: Due to customs restrictions, delivery to Northern Ireland may be limited or unavailable on this shop. If your delivery address is in Northern Ireland, please contact us before you place your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Processing and delivery times
After your payment is confirmed, we pick and pack orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You receive an email when your order ships with tracking when available.

Delivery Service Partners
Our minimum order value is £10 (excluding shipping charges). The exact delivery cost depends on your choice of delivery service, your location and the weight of your parcel(s) and can be viewed in your shopping basket before checkout.
For most of the UK*, we offer free delivery on orders from £29 and a choice of delivery service as follows:

Under Home Delivery, we will choose the best delivery service for you. Your order can be delivered by EVRi or DHL.
*A small minority of postcodes, including the Highlands and islands do not qualify for free shipping. For these postcodes, the delivery charge is £6.99 for orders between £10 and £28.99, and £3.99 for orders of £29 or more. We are no longer delivering to the Channel Islands.
**Next Day Delivery and Scheduled Delivery are optional express delivery services and are available only to selected UK postcodes. Due to logistical and carrier constraints, these services are not available to certain regions, including but not limited to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other remote areas.
Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 3:00pm from Monday to Thursday and before 12:00pm on Fridays and Sunday, excluding bank holidays provided the delivery postcode is eligible and aims to deliver your order on the next working day.
Customers whose delivery postcode is not eligible for Next Day or Scheduled Delivery will still be able to select one of the available standard delivery options at checkout. Eligibility for Next Day and Scheduled Delivery is determined by postcode and will be clearly shown during the checkout process before the order is placed.
EVRi Home Delivery will no longer be available at checkout. EVRi will continue to support selected deliveries with a next-day service for parcels up to 5kg, while heavier parcels will be delivered by DHL. DHL also now offers Saturday delivery on selected services, providing greater flexibility for your orders.

EVRi ParcelShop Click & Collect service is available for collection at 18,000 locations. The maximum weight for Click & Collect parcels we can dispatch is 17kg. Orders weighing over 17kg will not qualify for the service.
