Very stable dog bar with 2 stainless steel bowls included. The bar is suitable for all dog breeds and the adjustable height makes mealtimes much easier for your pets.
The height of the stainless steel feeding bowls on this dog bar can be individually adjusted just as required. With just a turn of the hand you can position the included stainless steel bowls to suit your pets. Your dog won’t have to stoop down to reach its food or water and it can adopt the ideal posture for feeding. This helps to protect joints and bones.
Feeding bars are very helpful if your dog has long ears which fall into the food. If your dog does not have to bend down because the bowl is at the right height, its ears will not drag in the bowl as much.
A correctly positioned bowl will also help to slow your dog down when eating. When the bowl is on the floor dogs often slobber and dribble, as well as eating too quickly which can cause them to swallow something the wrong way.
This double bowl dog bar can be used when your dog is very small and the height of the bowls adjusted as your dog grows. It is ideal for all dogs of all sizes, whatever their height or breed, so it is perfect for dog owners with different sized dogs and puppies.
The two stainless steel bowls are simply inserted into the bowl hoops. They can also be locked in place from above with a clamping device. The sturdy frame ensures that the bar is steady and stable and it can cope with even the most enthusiastic of eaters. If the floor is uneven you can adjust the plastic feet so that the stand is wobble-free.
The stainless steel bowls are hygienic and easy to clean. They can be washed in the dishwasher. The feeding bar is easy to assemble and you will only need a household spanner.

Metal frame is twisted so it rocks and both bowls are dented

I am a woman who isn't an engineer and had no problem assembling this stand, even when you take in to account the fact that there are no instructions and I don't own a wrench! This is my second one as I had to ditch the first one when I emmigrated. Now that I've come back to the UK I've been waiting 3 weeks for this to come back in to stock as no other type I've tried has been as good as this. I found that if you bend the rings up a little (again, me, a woman, with no tools) they don't droop.

Slightly difficult doing the nuts up on the bits that keep the bowls in place but otherwise great product and no problems since it’s been in use the last few months now.

I am an ex engineer used to assembling things. I found this difficult as supplied without assembly instructions. I admire the attempt to make it assemblable without tools but needed a fairly heafty wrench to get the fixing screws out of the U shaped bit. I don't think my wife would have assembled it without help. Seems a well constructed product now it is in one piece.

Very pleased with product but found it difficult to assemble. needed two people to compress centre to pick up fixing bolts.

I bought this because of the 'U' shaped bit at the top. I've been using raised feeders for years but more often than I care to admit I have dropped the stand when moving it, sometimes when the bowls are full, so the 'U' shape acts like a handle, making even my incompetent hands able to move it without incident! It is also much better value than most of the raised feeders on the market. Thank you zooplus!

What a silly design. The person who measured the join between the base and vertical mounts should maybe rethink mathematics. They do not fit meaning you can't screw the vertical mount in place without having to stretch the two poles apart with force. Honestly, why do things so basic have to be so complicated!!

In the past I'd used the stands with just a single centre column, but found the connecting bolt would eventually no longer tighten. This one is much more stable, has the added benefit of having holders that can be adjusted individually and is ideal for my Labradors. I'll be ordering more as the old ones need replacing.

Overall, a well made product. The frame is sturdy and secure. However, despite tightening the bolts, the rings 'dip' when filled with water or food. Also, I needed some basic instructions on which bit goes where. I went onto Zoopla's website and expanded the picture which really helped.
