Important information: As an added safety measure to support any cat tree as well as to prevent it accidentally tipping, we recommend using a wall bracket to secure the cat tree. Please check the product regularly for any damage, loose joints or screws and replace the item when it becomes defective to avoid any harm coming to your pet.
Tips for fixing to the wall: Check that the condition of the wall in the desired place is suitable before affixing brackets to the wall. Materials for mounting brackets are not included. We recommend that you purchase screws and wall plugs that are specifically designed to suit your wall from a specialised shop. Use special wall plugs and screws for concrete, hollow walls or plasterboard. Check the stability of the cat tree before allowing your cat to use it. Check the stability regularly and tighten the screws when needed.
Please Note:This cat tree includes hanging toys. No toy is completely indestructible. As with any other product, please supervise your pet when playing with these toys. Check the toy regularly for damage, and remove the toy from the tree if it is damaged to avoid potential injury to your pet.

We purchased this in March 2019 and it’s far and away our two cats’ favourite thing. It gets daily use, isn’t too much hassle to clean, and when it’s colder they both squish up to share the top bed! The hammock is a great place to store cat toys, too. Highly recommend

First bought this tree 9 years ago & have bought several more since. It it WAS the best cat tree, however a few years ago the manufacturers changed as did the tree. It’s NO LONGER LARGE ENOUGH for my cats, the quality is appalling & the tree is flimsy. It's a great loss. I'd happily pay more for the previous quality than waste money on this downgraded product. Meanwhile I struggle to find a suitable replacement. Shame on you ZOOPLUS I'd happily pay more for quality but NOT for tat.

Looks great but gets bits and dirt stuck in the wool and is a pain to keep clean, also the bed is too small, only suitable for kittens really, waste of money,my cat never bothers with it!!

Absolutely love it ! Great quality, very soft and sturdy. Doesn’t look or feel cheap

I expected this tree would be a lot better than the ones off eBay for £50 but is not, my cats like it but I wouldn’t buy again for this price, nearly £80. Next time I shall spend a extra £20-£30 and purchase the natural paradise trees, they are substantially better quality. For some reason I can’t display the photos I’ve taken of the two screws that are visible that also ruin the look of the tree.

This has been the perfect addition to my flat. My nervous cat Milly spent most of her time in it, particularly in the top bed, and she loved the scratching posts . Since losing Milly I have started fostering cats from a charity whilst they wait for new homes - I am on my third foster cat and all of them have loved the tree and taken to it within days. The only negative is that of the four cats I've had here, not one of them will get into the hammock part. I just store toys in it! :-)

This is my second and to be honest its not half as good as the first one. The first one lasted nearly five years, this one barely two. The top bed has lost shape, the scratching posts disintegrated within a few months. It took my two cats months to accept this new one and now I'm going to have to find another they may or may not like.

This cat tree was very badly made and designed, The house was fixed together with staples and already coming apart and fur fabric coming away. The fabric seemed different qualities in places. The house was much too small for an adult cat and there were not enough platforms for the cat to comfortably jump on and lounge on. Delivery was long and drawn out and if It wasn't such a pain I would return it for a refund, Very disappointed and won't be buying again. Waste of money even with the discounts

This cat tree is great and good quality. Very sturdy and a lot of places for my two kittens to go they love it!

I bought this tree 2 years ago and the material was thick and good quality.I decided to purchase a second and the material is now so thin that it ripped in three places when I had to undo one of the poles that I put in wrong hole due to the poor instructions, the den is also cheaply contructed(cardboard inside) the old one w solid and has a nice padded mat inside. My cat seems to like it but I'm very disappointed especially as I have the older model that is so much better. Feel I have overpaid.

My cats love this tree, it's very strong and sturdy ideal for larger cats. Although I found building it difficult as the instructions were hard to understand at first. Would defiantly recommend this tree. 5 stars.

Really pleased with the quality of this product and that the beds and hammock are machine washable. My kitten absolutely loves it and sleeps in it instead of his crate, which he refused to give up on. Took a while to build it but that's probably more me than the instructions!
